Mid Island AFOL Meetup: Wednesday February 6, 2019
Our monthly meet-up is this Wednesday! We will be holding this meetup at Coach & Horses Pub. Come meet us, have a beer (or wine, spirits, pop, coffee, tea), and chat about LEGO.
Ever wondered what Miniland scale looks like? We have started building for our Miniland scale Maple Sugar Festival display (Febrary 23-24) so come check out what members have built so far. Are you working on something else you’d like to show the group? Have you started building for BrickCan (it’s 4 months away!)? Feel free to bring a MOC (my own creation) you are working on.
Feel free to bring your favourite Minifigure, an interesting piece you’ve found, your favourite vintage set, or LEGO of any kind you want to show the group.
This is an open event for anyone 19yrs+ interested in LEGO. Any fan of LEGO is welcome whether you collect sets, build sets or build your own creations. Come share your love of LEGO with us. We love to meet new folks!
Membership is not required to attend your first meet-up so come out, have a drink and have fun!
Note to members that annual dues will be collected at this meetup if you did not attend the January meetup.
